**Returns & Refunds Policy**

We want you to love your ButterflyCo towels. If there’s an issue, we’re here to help.

**Change of Mind**  

We offer a 30-day money back guarantee for all towel purchases. Items must be returned in clean, unused condition. Once received, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

**Faulty or Damaged Items**  

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within **7 days** of delivery at support@butterflyco.com.au with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

**How to Request a Return**  

Email support@butterflyco.com.au with:

- Order number

- Description and photo of the issue

If eligible, we’ll provide instructions and return shipping details.

**Return Shipping**  

If the return is due to our error (damaged, incorrect item), we cover return postage. For all other issues, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

**Timeframe for Refunds**  

Once approved, refunds are processed within **5–7 business days** to your original payment method.

This policy complies with your rights under the **Australian Consumer Law**.
